Getting started

How to begin, how to ask, and how to work effectively with a spread.

What is AGAT?
AGAT is a digital platform for tarot readings and personal guidance. You can ask a question, open a spread, and receive an interpretation based on the cards that were drawn and the context you shared.
How do I start a reading?
Go to the reading area, enter your question, draw the cards, and continue to the interpretation. The more focused your question and the clearer your context, the more useful and precise the interpretation can be.
How should I phrase a question?
It is usually better to ask a question that helps you understand a process, choice or direction. For example: “What is important for me to understand about this relationship?” or “What should I consider before making this decision?”. Very broad questions such as “What will happen?” usually provide less direction.
Can I ask the same question again?
Yes, but if you repeat the same question within a short period, it is better to rephrase it or focus on a different angle. Asking the same question over and over can create confusion rather than clarity.
Can I copy a reading?
Yes. On reading screens you can copy the question and the cards that were drawn, and where available you can also share or send the result.

Readings and AI

What AI does, what is saved, and what the interpretation means.

What is the difference between drawing cards and an AI interpretation?
Drawing the cards shows the spread itself. The AI interpretation adds an analysis of the cards in relation to your question and the context you shared.
What is an extended reading?
When Extended Reading is enabled, AGAT can use context from previous readings, recognize a person or topic that has appeared before, and ask you for a short clarification before drawing the cards. The goal is to give the new reading more accurate context rather than starting from zero each time. You can always choose not to answer the guiding question, turn the feature off from My account, or disable it for a single reading.
Does AGAT predict the future with certainty?
No. A reading is intended for reflection, guidance and perspective. It is not a guarantee of a future outcome and does not replace your own judgment.
Can I rely on a reading for medical, legal or financial decisions?
No. A tarot reading is not a substitute for professional advice. For medical, legal or financial decisions, consult a qualified professional.
Is an anonymous user's reading saved?
No. Anonymous readings are not saved to a user's reading history.
What if the interpretation doesn't feel accurate?
You can look at the cards again through the lens of your own context, add relevant information, or ask a more focused question. Tarot and AI are tools for reflection — not absolute answers.

Account and sign-in

Registration, email and phone verification, and using your personal account.

Can I use the site without registering?
Yes. A signed-out user can open a basic spread and view the cards. AI interpretations and additional personalized services may require signing in or creating an account.
Why do I need an account?
An account lets you receive AI interpretations, use personalized services, manage preferences and access features such as the daily card.
How do I change or edit my account details?
Go to My account. In “Edit profile” you can change your first name, last name, email address, date of birth, relationship status and form of address. You can also update your phone number there; it is saved after SMS verification. If you change your email address, the previous verification is cancelled and a new verification link is sent to the new address.
Why does the site go back to Hebrew?
The address sets the language: www.agat.cloud/en is the English site, and www.agat.cloud without /en is the Hebrew one. Switch with the “Language” menu at the top or bottom of the page, and to come back in English, save or bookmark an address that starts with www.agat.cloud/en. When you are signed in, the site shows the language of your account: set it under “Language and time zone” in My account, and switching with the menu updates it too. Clearing cookies or changing your browser's translation settings does not change the site's language.
How do I delete my account?
At the moment, you can choose “Deactivate account” from My account. Deactivation immediately blocks access and signs out active sessions, but it does not currently delete readings, history or other stored data. To request full deletion of your account and information, use the Contact page and choose the privacy channel.
Can I sign in with Google?
When the Google option is shown on the sign-in screen, you can use it. You can also register with an email address and password.
I didn't receive the verification email. What should I do?
First check your Spam, Promotions or Updates folders. If the email still hasn't arrived, you can request a new verification message from the verification screen.
Why do I need to verify my email address?
Email verification helps protect your account and is required for some services, such as receiving the daily card by email.
Why do I need to verify a phone number?
Your account holds personal and sensitive information: the questions you asked, the readings you received and the details in your profile. That is why we prefer to confirm your identity through two separate channels, email and phone, rather than a password alone. A verified phone number also lets you recover access with an SMS code if you forget your password or cannot reach your email. Each number can be linked to only one account, and verification is required before your first reading.
What is two-step verification, and why is it done by SMS?
Two-step verification means we confirm your identity through two separate channels, your email address and your phone number, instead of relying on a password alone. If one channel is ever compromised, the account is still protected by the other. For the phone to serve as that channel, we need to know the number is really yours, so we send it an SMS code once and ask you to enter it. After that, an SMS code to the same number is how you confirm your identity, for example when recovering a forgotten password.

Free readings, packs and billing

Questions about the free allowance, reading packs, payment and refunds.

How many free AI readings do I get?
Even without signing up there is an allowance of AI-interpreted readings every 30 days. A registered account on the Free plan gets a larger monthly allowance, with no credit card. A daily limit may also apply, and several readings in a row call for a short wait. Your account's exact numbers are shown in My account and on the reading screen, and you can ask the assistant.
What happens after I use all my free readings?
The monthly allowance renews at the start of the next period, and you can wait for it. If buying packs is open to you, you can also buy a reading pack and go on right away. If only the daily limit or a short wait stopped you, it renews by itself, and a pack doesn't get around it.
What are reading packs?
A pack adds AI-interpreted readings to your account. Prices are in ILS with VAT included and are shown on the pricing page before you buy. Readings you buy carry over from month to month and are used only after your free monthly allowance runs out. Purchases are opening gradually, in Israel only for now, so you may not see them yet. A pack doesn't unlock Premium or Platinum features; those aren't for sale right now.
Can I buy a pack without signing up?
When the option is shown to you, yes: you give a name and an email, and once the payment is confirmed we email a link to choose a password. Your readings wait in the account opened with that address, and the link is the only way into it.
I paid but my readings weren't added
Readings are added only once the payment provider confirms the payment, usually within a minute. If a few minutes have passed and they still aren't there, reload the payment page or open a support request under “Billing / subscription”. A cancelled or failed payment isn't charged and adds no readings.
I have a payment, billing or refund issue — who should I contact?
Open a support request and choose “Billing / subscription”. Your request will receive a tracking number and go directly to the support team.

Daily card

What the daily card is, and how to enable, verify or stop it.

What is the daily card?
A single card drawn for that day, with a short message explaining what it says about your day. It stays the same card all day, and a new one is drawn tomorrow. You can reveal today's card directly on the site, and once you sign up it can also arrive by email every morning. For members, once a week AGAT connects the daily cards of the past seven days into a single weekly reading that shows how the week unfolded. The weekly reading is kept in your personal area, and if you get the daily email it also arrives by email on Saturday evening.
How do I enable the daily card?
You can enable the service while registering or later through your account options. Turn on the daily email now
Can I stop receiving the daily card?
Yes. You can turn the service off in your account preferences or use the unsubscribe link included in the email.
Why didn't I receive my daily card?
Check that the service is enabled, your email is verified, and your mailbox is not blocking the message. If everything looks correct and you still don't receive it, open a request through the Help Center.

Privacy and support

Personal information, reporting issues and ways to contact us.

Is the information I enter saved?
Some information may be stored depending on how you use the site, whether you are signed in, and your account settings. More detail is available in the site's privacy policy.
Who can see my readings?
No other user can see your readings, and other users have no access to your account. The only exception is a card message you choose to share by link, which opens for anyone who has the link. Thousands of people use the system every day, and the identifying details it holds are usually just an email address and/or a phone number. We have no interest in tracking anyone. The details kept about you are there to make it easy to return to your past readings, and to email you readings and the daily and weekly messages if you asked for them. Questions and readings are generally also kept to improve the system, its interpretation mechanisms and how it behaves. Which providers receive information, what they receive and why is set out in the privacy policy's section "Who the information is shared with".
How can I delete or update my personal information?
For requests related to access, correction, deletion or other data rights, use the Contact page and the privacy channel listed there.
How do I report a problem?
From Help → Get help, choose the type of issue, enter a subject and description, and send it to the support team. Every request receives an identifier.
How do I find my request number?
After you submit a request, you'll see a number in a format similar to AGAT-20260813-ABC123. Keep it for follow-up.
What should I do if the site is unresponsive or a reading gets stuck?
Try refreshing the page. If the issue continues, open a support request and include what you did before the problem occurred, which page you were on, and which device or browser you were using.
Can I suggest an improvement or new content?
Yes, please. Send a suggestion or a request for new content. You can also rate your overall impression of the site, and every request opens a case with a tracking number.
